How it works
The core workflow as specified. Nothing here is running yet; this is the intended sequence of work inside Gatherwell.

Create the event
Open an event record with its date, capacity, venue and catering tie-in, so the limits are set before anyone is invited.

Manage RSVPs and the waitlist
Invitees accept or decline against the capacity. Once it is full, further responses join the waitlist and move up when a place is released.

Build the agenda
Lay out sessions across one or more tracks, so a multi-track event has a single timetable that attendees and hosts both work from.

Capture feedback after the event
Collect post-event feedback against the sessions that ran, rather than as one undifferentiated response for the whole day.

Record attendance as evidence
Attendance is recorded per person and per session, and that record can feed back into corporate learning completion evidence.
